The only route to become a doctor is through NEET UG. 16 Lakhs students appeared for NEET-UG in 2021 for approx 60000 seats. 50% i.e nearly 8 lakhs students clear this NEET-UG exam. Even admission in mbbs through management quota in private medical colleges through NEET. From 2019 onwards, even for studying MBBS from abroad, clearing NEET UG is required. There is no question of MBBS without NEET in India or abroad. NEET failed students cannot pursue MBBS from India or abroad.
What to do after failing in NEET
Failing in NEET is not the end of road. Many students are upset after not getting a positive result in NEET. Some of them are ready to spend high number of years in preparation of NEET without any positive result in the end. Wasting time is not considered to be a good option. There is always an additional pressure if one takes a drop year. Plus there is no guarantee that after dropping a year, one will be able to clear NEET due to such high competition. If someone is unable to clear NEET UG, still there are a number of options available for students.
But the road towards their dream is not yet closed. Now medical aspirants can pursue their career in medical stream if neet not cleared, from UK. UK is supposed to be the best place to study medicine. Even MCI accept medical qualification from UK without any screening test. Education standards specially in medical stream is one of the best in world. Medical professionals from UK are accepted through-out the world and are known for their quality service. Now students need not worry about the question “What if I don’t clear NEET?” or may be “What to do if I don’t clear NEET” or “What to do after failing in NEET” or “What to do after NEET failure?”
There are a huge number of career options after NEET for those students who have failed in NEET 2019. Time is the most precious gift to mankind.
