The journey of 4Track Learning began long before its official launch. In 2002, Ankur Sharan entered the corporate world after earning his engineering degree from a prestigious Indian university. Although he had aspired to pursue higher education abroad, a lack of clear guidance prevented him from following that path. Determined not to let this obstacle hold him back, Ankur pursued an MBA from another top institution in India. His corporate career took off with mid-management roles at renowned companies like Asian Paints and DLF, yet his passion for helping Indian students access international education persisted. He left his corporate career to embark on a journey of guiding and mentoring students.

At the same time, Sharad Maurya, a close friend of Ankur, was forging his own path. After earning an MS from Dundee University in the UK, Sharad joined the British High Commission in India, where he helped thousands of Indian students and professionals realize their dreams of studying and working in the UK. However, Sharad recognized that many students were held back by financial limitations, a lack of reliable information, and insufficient mentorship to guide them through the complex admissions processes of international institutions. He stepped down from the High Commission to begin a new chapter in his career, guiding students in pursuing education abroad.

Although their professional paths were different, Ankur and Sharad shared a common vision: to make international education more accessible for Indian students. They remained in close contact, collaborating informally to assist students and professionals. In 2017, they took a formal step in this direction by co-founding 4Track Learning, a consultancy designed to offer crucial support to Indian students aiming to study abroad.

 By 2021, Ankur and Sharad had grown increasingly confident in their mission. They realized that their combined experiences—Ankur’s corporate expertise and Sharad’s deep understanding of the international education landscape—could create something truly transformative. Recognizing a gap and driven by a shared commitment to breaking down the barriers faced by Indian students, they dedicated themselves fully to this mission—and thus, PDS was born.

PDS quickly became a leader in the education consultancy space, particularly after the addition of Rohit Keserwani, an expert consultant with experience working with global corporate clients. Together, the team built a comprehensive suite of services that went far beyond typical consultancy. They focused not only on helping students secure admissions to prestigious international universities but also on uncovering their unique talents, building competitive profiles, and guiding them toward long-term career success.

 Till Date , PDS had helped more than 150 students gain admission to leading global universities, unlocking life-changing opportunities. However, PDS is about much more than sending students abroad—it is about empowering them to discover their true potential, equipping them with the tools to succeed, and ensuring they have the support they need to excel in their chosen fields.
